Ember & Oak began in a tiny workshop with one cast-iron roaster and a stubborn belief: great coffee can't be rushed. A decade later, we still roast by hand over oak wood, in batches small enough to taste every bean.
We partner directly with farmers who share our patience — paying fair prices for beans grown with real care. The result is honest, characterful coffee with nothing to hide.
